Given the current Covid situation I am taking a break from running sewing workshops. I will be restarting workshops gradually commencing September 2021. Please contact me with your expression of interest if you’d like to attend this workshop. I can then look at re-commencing once I get enough bookings for the workshop
In this Sewing Workshop we will make a Japanese Knot Bag. We will also cover cutting and measuring techniques, fabric placement, using a template and master sewing around curves!
Pre-requisites: Basic sewing skills.
Bring your own machine, sewing tools, fabrics and threads. A resource kit can be provided for an additional $30. Home-made cake or biscuits will be provided for morning tea. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements
If you are purchasing a resource kit please select from the fabrics in the photos prior to the workshop if possible. The knot bags look better if matched with one of the plain fabrics – black, charcoal, red, mustard, blue or purple. You can either comment when ordering or contact me to discuss your fabric options
Bookings are essential. This is a 3.5 hour workshop with a maximum of 3 participants. It will be held in the Batemans Bay vicinity in New South Wales, Australia. Payment is required to reserve your place. Once this is filled I will take reservations and contact you with future workshop dates. Please contact me if you would like to attend this workshop at a later date. Workshop numbers are limited to comply with Covid restrictions. Please ensure you comply with these restrictions and let me know if you are unwell and unable to attend prior to arriving for the workshop
