In this new Sewing Workshop we will make a stylish Sarong. We will also cover cutting and measuring techniques, fabric placement, using a template and master sewing around curves! Pre-requisites: Basic sewing skills
Bring your own sewing machine, overlocker, sewing tools, fabrics, threads and elastic (an overlocker is available to use if you don’t have one). A resource kit can be provided for an additional $30 (which includes fabric and elastic). Let me know if you have a fabric preference prior to the workshop from the selection shown. Home-made cake or biscuits will be provided for morning tea. Feel free to bring your own if you have any special dietary requirements
Bookings are essential. This is a 3 hour workshop with a maximum of 4 participants. It will be held in my new sewing studio at Malua Bay, south of Batemans Bay in New South Wales, Australia. Payment is required to reserve your place. Once this is filled I will take reservations and contact you with future workshop dates. Workshop numbers are limited to small groups to allow for a relaxed, friendly and personalised experience
