Description
In this Sewing Workshop we will learn the basics of appliqué techniques using your home sewing machine to create a project with letters or a fish. 10% off for the last place on this workshop – offer ends 9pm Sunday 23 March 2025. This workshop will take place in Malua Bay on Tuesday 25 March 2025 commencing at 10.30am. This is a great way to use up your fabric scraps to create an appliqué project that you can be proud of. It also covers cutting & measuring techniques, fabric placement and appliqué techniques whilst you familiarise yourself with different machine stitches. A resource kit is included in this workshop which includes scrap fabrics, a plain background fabric, templates and interfacing. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer
Bring your own machine, sewing tools and threads. Home-made cake or biscuits will be provided for morning tea. Feel free to bring your own if you have any special dietary requirements
Bookings are essential. This is a 3 hour workshop with a maximum of 4 participants. Workshop numbers are limited to small groups to allow for a relaxed and personalised experience. It will be held in Malua Bay, south of Batemans Bay in New South Wales, Australia. Payment is required to reserve your place. Once this is filled I will take reservations and contact you with future workshop dates
